In terms of E-Tender No. RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/Estate/3/25-26/ET/141 dated May 27, 2025 a pre-bid meeting was held at the Conference Room, Estate Department, 3rd floor, Reserve Bank of India, 15, N.S Road, Kolkata 700001 on June 23, 2025 at 11:00 Hrs. The meeting was attended by representatives of the prospective tenderer and following officials of the Bank

2. Following a brief introduction by the Bank regarding the e-tender, one of the representatives requested to reduce the pre-qualification criteria requirement of “Minimum Annual Turnover” from 100% to 30% of the estimated cost which was not accepted. Thus, there shall be no change in the requirement of “Minimum Annual Turnover”.

3. Further, prospective tenderers were advised to go through the tender document and the tentative scope of work in entirety and contact MSTC personnel for any technical issues regarding registration, bidding etc. on the MSTC portal (https://mstcecommerce.com).

4. Above minutes shall be treated as a part of the tender. All terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.
