The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was held at 11:30 AM on February 27, 2025, at Conference room of Office Building, as per the Notice Inviting Tender published in RBI website and MSTC Portal.

2. List of Bank’s Officials / bidder’s representatives who attended the meeting is:

3. Shri Jayesh P, AM, IT Cell welcomed the participant to the meeting and invited queries, if any, regarding the captioned tender. The tender conditions were explained to the participant.

4. The following clarifications were provided:

a. Business Solvency Certificate- As regards issuance date of the Certificate, it was clarified that the issuance date of the certificate should be as prescribed in the tender documents.

b. Minimum Wages Calculation. – It was clarified that calculation of minimum wages for engineers deployed will be at the rate of three engineers on weekdays from Monday to Friday and two engineers on Saturdays.

5. The meeting was concluded at 11:50 AM

Please note:

i) This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender.

ii) The terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same.

iii) The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.

iv) Bidders shall quote prices exclusive of applicable GST, against each item in the Schedule of Quantities.
