हिंदी प्रशिक्षण समन्वय समिति (सीसीटीएच)
संसदीय राजभाषा समिति के निर्देशों पर हिन्दी में प्रशिक्षण के लिए इस समन्वय समिति का गठन किया गया था। यह समिति सरकारी क्षेत्र के बैंकों तथा वित्तीय संस्थाओं में हिन्दी प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने की दिशा में प्रोत्साहन देने का कार्य करती है। कृषि बैंकिंग महाविद्यालय इस समन्वय समिति के सचिवालय की भूमिका निभाता है और महाविद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य इस समिति के अध्यक्ष हैं। वर्ष 1988 में गठित प्रशिक्षण समन्वय समिति के उद्देश्य इस प्रकार हैं:
1. प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की पाठ्यसामग्री का हिन्दीकरण
2. प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों का हिन्दी माध्यम से आयोजन
3. बैंकिंग विषयों से संबंधित संदर्भ साहित्य हिन्दी में उपलब्ध कराना
4. हिन्दी माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण देने में संकाय-सदस्यों को सक्षम बनाना
समिति अपने उद्देश्यों की प्राप्ति में सुनियोजित ढंग से प्रयासरत है। समिति की बैठकों में बैंकों द्वारा हिन्दी माध्यम से आयोजित किए गए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की समीक्षा के साथ-साथ प्रशिक्षण सामग्री का अनुवाद, “बैंकिंग विषयों पर मौलिक रूप से हिन्दी में पुस्तक लेखन योजना” के अंतर्गत संदर्भ साहित्य का निर्माण, संकाय विकास कार्यक्रम आदि के बारे में महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए जाते हैं। समिति हिन्दी माध्यम से आयोजित आयोजित किए जानेवाले प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों में वृद्धि के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है।
About RBI Archives
Reserve Bank of India Archives, Pune
The Reserve Bank of India Archives (RBIA) Pune, earlier known as Central Records and Documentation Centre (CRDC) was established on August 24, 1981 with the twin objectives – to serve as a repository of non-current permanent records and as Central Archives of the Reserve Bank of India for research purposes.
The RBIA is headed by Shri Ravi Kiran Pala, Chief Archivist / Deputy General Manager. He is assisted by specialist officers i.e., Chemist, Assistant Archivist, Assistant Librarian and supporting officers and staff from the general cadre. The RBI Archives is currently functioning under the Department of Economic and Policy Research, Central Office, RBI, Mumbai. The College of Agricultural Banking (CAB), RBI, Pune has been providing administrative support to the RBIA since its inception.
Vision
To excel as an archive that adopts the best standards for scientific preservation of all permanent records of the Reserve Bank of India, including those in electronic form, for the posterity.
Mission
To preserve invaluable records of the Reserve Bank of India as part of its archival resources and make them available for reference and research to the present and future generations by leveraging the experience of competent and committed employees and available state of the art technology.

Functions of RBI Archives
- Receipt and accessioning of non-current permanent records of the Bank having historical, legal, and administrative value, closed more than 12 years back after physical examination and verification, or for such lower period as may be fixed by the Central Office of the concerned Department.
- Provision of retrieval services, on request for policy formulation and research purposes.
- Works as a Nodal Agency in respect of Records Management in the Bank, monitors the implementation of the Archival and Records Management Policy (ARMP) in all Departments and Offices of the Bank and conducting Trainings / Workshops / Conferences in this regard.
- Preparation of reference media such as indexes in respect of records and publications.
- On-the-spot appraisal of non-current records of CODs / ROs / TEs of the Bank.
- Scientific preservation of records in the form of files, registers, photographs, paintings, publications, electronic records, video tapes, transcription tapes, etc.
- Maintenance of archival library consisting of three copies of all publications brought out by the Reserve Bank of India such as books, reports, journals, manuals, brochures etc.
- Maintenance of the RBI Archives Museum and providing guided tours to the visitors.
- Organisation of exhibitions on topical themes relating to history of the Bank.
- Preservation of Oral History recordings and acquisition and preservation of Private Papers.
- Providing advisory services to other organisations / institutions for setting up their archives.
Access to Records in RBI Archives
As per the Reserve Bank of India Historical Research Rules, 2001, the research scholars, post-graduate students of the universities and other institutions as well as the members of staff of the Reserve Bank of India and other banks can access the non-current records which are more than 30 years old, subject to such exceptions and restrictions, as may be imposed by the creating Departments / Offices of the Bank.
Research facilities in the Archives can be availed between 9.45 AM to 5:30 PM on all working days (Monday to Friday).
