RBI Bulletin - December 2022
The Reserve Bank of India today released the December 2022 issue of its monthly Bulletin. The Bulletin includes four speeches, eight articles and current statistics. The eight articles are: I. State of the Economy; II. Anatomy of Inflation’s Ascent in India; III. Assessing Inflation Expectations Adjusting for Households’ Biases; IV. Government Finances 2022-23: A Half-Yearly Review; V. RBI Releases Fifth Volume of Reserve Bank History (1997-2008)
The fifth volume of the Reserve Bank of India’s history is released today. This volume encompasses the 11-year period from 1997 to 2008. With this volume, the history of the Reserve Bank of India is now updated up to 2008. Today, the Reserve Bank released data on the performance of the private corporate sector during the second quarter of 2022-23 drawn from abridged quarterly financial results of 2,740 listed non-government non-financial companies.
