Corrigendum - Advertisement for the post of Chief Executive Officer, Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH)

1. This has reference to the advertisement for the post of CEO, RBIH, dated January 24, 2025 published on the websites and LinkedIn accounts of RBI and RBIH.

2. It has been decided to modify the “education and skills” criteria specified in the said advertisement as follows:

Existing Requirements	Revised Requirements
Education and skills Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution; strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in the financial sector.	Education and skills Postgraduate degree or a 4-year Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution; strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in the financial sector.

3. Prospective candidates are requested to please note the change in eligibility criteria. The last date for applying for the post is accordingly being extended till 5 PM on May 17, 2025. Applications will be treated with confidentiality.

4. Applications of candidates who have already applied for the position will be considered and they need not reapply.

5. RBIH reserves the right to relax eligibility/qualification/experience criteria for outstanding candidates. It may also reject any or all the applications. RBIH’s decision shall be conclusive and binding in all matters related to the selection process.

It has come to the notice of Reserve Bank of India that some fraudsters falsely promising to offer job for the posts in the bank are sending Appointment letters through emails by using fake domains which do not belong to the Reserve Bank of India, but these could be deceptively similar involving use of words such as RBI, RESERVEBANK, etc.

It is hereby clarified that recruitments for various posts filled by the bank are advertised on our official website. Also, all details regarding recruitment e.g. Call letters, interview schedule, final result, etc., are published only on our official website https://opportunities.rbi.org.in. In view of this, the Reserve Bank of India cautions members of public to be aware of such fake Appointment letters issued by fraudsters promising job in the Bank. Any Advertisements/ Communication from other sources should be cross verified for authenticity from the website.
