Corrigendum - Engagement of Part-Time Bank’s Medical Consultants on Contractual Basis with Fixed Hourly Remuneration at Reserve Bank of India, Chennai

Please refer to the advertisement dated November 20, 2025, on the captioned subject published on the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in, inviting applications to fill up five (5) vacancies (Unreserved-03, Other Backward Classes-01 and Scheduled Castes-01) of Bank’s Medical Consultants on contractual basis, with fixed hourly remuneration for various dispensaries of Reserve Bank of India, Chennai.

2. In this connection, para 10 of the advertisement has been modified as under:

(iv)	Reserve Bank of India Staff Quarters, K K Nagar	Saturday	10.00 am - 11.30 am
(v)	Reserve Bank of India Officers’ Quarters, SAF Games village, Koyembedu	Monday to Saturday	11.00 am - 1.00 pm
(vi)	Reserve Bank of India Staff Quarters, Choolaimedu High Road	Monday to Saturday	8.00 am - 10.30 am
(vii)	Reserve Bank of India Officers’ Quarters, Anna Nagar	Monday to Friday	7.30 am - 10.00 am

3. Accordingly, interested and eligible candidates may make an application in the revised format as at Annex-III.

Note: All other terms and conditions mentioned in the Advertisement dated November 20, 2025, remain unchanged. Corrigendum, if any, on this advertisement will be issued only on the Bank’s website (www.rbi.org.in).

Caution

It has come to the notice of Reserve Bank of India that some fraudsters falsely promising to offer job for the posts in the bank are sending Appointment letters through emails by using fake domains which do not belong to the Reserve Bank of India, but these could be deceptively similar involving use of words such as RBI, RESERVEBANK, etc.

It is hereby clarified that recruitments for various posts filled by the bank are advertised on our official website. Also, all details regarding recruitment e.g. Call letters, interview schedule, final result, etc., are published only on our official website https://opportunities.rbi.org.in. In view of this, the Reserve Bank of India cautions members of public to be aware of such fake Appointment letters issued by fraudsters promising job in the Bank. Any Advertisements/ Communication from other sources should be cross verified for authenticity from the website.
