The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 4(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of the following company.

As such, the above company shall not transact the business of an asset reconstruction company.
