It is hereby notified for the information of the public that the Reserve Bank of India in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled on May 6, 2013, the Certificate of Registration bearing No.14.00679 dated April 24, 1998 issued to M/s Base Financials Limited, New Delhi (having its Registered Office at 904-A, Chiranjiv Tower, 43, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019), to carry on the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institutions.

As such, the above company cannot transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
