তারিখ : 17/06/2016 আর বি আই, নতুন এন বি এফ সি গুলির পঞ্জীকরণ পদ্ধতি সরল ও যুক্তিগ্রাহ্য করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিল নতুন এন বি এফ সি গুলির পঞ্জীকরণ পদ্ধতি মসৃণতর ও নির্বিঘ্ন করার লক্ষ্যে পঞ্জীকরণ আবেদনপত্রের ফর্মা এবং দাখিলযোগ্য নথিপত্রের তালিকা সংশোধন করা হয়েছে। সংশোধিত পদ্ধতিতে এনবিএফসি -এর আবেদনকারীর দাখিলযোগ্য সেটে নথিপত্রের সংখ্যা বিদ্যমান পদ্ধতির 45 টির থেকে কমিয়ে 7-8 টি করা হয়েছে । দ্বিতীয়ত:, এখন থেকে পরবর্তী সময়ে, পুঁজির উত্স এবং গ্রাহক চৌহদ্দি (Interface)-এর ভিত্তিতে
