RBI Reference Rate for US $ and Euro
The Reserve Bank of India’s Reference Rate for the US dollar is `60.0050 and the Reference Rate for Euro is `81.5990 on July 14, 2014. The corresponding rates for the previous day (July 11, 2014) were `60.1855 and `81.8720 respectively. Monitoring of Foreign Investment under the Portfolio Investment Schemes in Indian Companies - Removal from the Caution List - FIIs/RFPIs - M/s Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the share holdings by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) under Portfolio Investment Scheme in M/s Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited have gone below the prescribed threshold limit stipulated under the extant FDI Policy. Decrease in Foreign Investment Limit / Ceiling in an Indian Company under PIS - FIIs/RFPIs- From 52.25% to 51.50% - IDFC Limited
The Reserve Bank of India today notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs), through primary market and stock exchanges, can now purchase up to 51.50 per cent of the paid up capital of M/s IDFC Limited under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS) subject to the Regulation 5(2) of FEMA Notification No.20 dated May 03, 2000 (as amended from time to time) and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Reserve Bank.
