Disposal of DG Set , Dehradun
Sealed Bids are invited for disposal of 40 KVA DG Set. The disposal of the equipment will be on “As is where is” basis as per “Terms and conditions” and ‘Bid form” given below. 1. The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope super scribed with “Disposal of DG Set” after duly filling, signing & stamping each page of this document along with the proof of submission of prescribed amount of security deposit / EMD and addressed to “The Regional Director, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16-17, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun - 248013”. 2. The DG Set can be inspected in the Bank’s premises from September 01, 2025, to September 12, 2025, within the office hours i.e., from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM during Monday to Friday after giving prior information to the Bank by sending an email at estatedehradun@rbi.org.in. The inspecting representative should bring their official ID Card (if any) and ID Proof (PAN, Aadhar etc.,) while visiting the Bank’s premises. 3. The bid should only be submitted in the Quotation Box of Estate Department, placed in the Reception Area at the abovementioned address. 4. The last date for submission of the bid is September 21, 2025, up to 03:00 PM. The quotations will be opened on September 22, 2025, from 12.00 P.M. 5. The bidders are advised to submit ₹ 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as Security Deposit / Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through NEFT to the following account on or before September 21, 2025, up to 02:30 PM:
This amount does not bear any interest and is refundable in nature. Please note, that the security deposit submitted by the unsuccessful bidder will be returned within 07 working days after issuance of sale order to the successful bidder. The security deposit submitted by the successful bidder will be returned within 07 working days after successful removal of DG Set as per Bank’s terms & conditions. No interest will be paid on Security Deposit. 7. The security deposit / EMD will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not purchase the DG Set after issue of sale order and / or withdraws bid after opening of bids and / or withdraws the bid after the issue of offer letter and / or withdraws the bid during any time post submission of bid. 8.
