Corrigendum

The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted on June 20, 2025 at 11.30 A.M at Estate office, MRO. One firm had participated in the meeting. The list of participants is provided in the annexure.

2. Bank’s clarifications regarding queries raised by the vendor’s are detailed below:

3. a) These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the tender. Hence, it shall be signed and uploaded on MSTC along with the tender by the tenderers.

b) Rest of the terms and conditions & specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same.

c) Submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and minutes of the pre-bid meeting.
