As per the schedule, pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted at 11.00 am on October 03, 2025 in the Meeting Room, 1st floor, Main Office Building, RBI, Hyderabad.

2. Representatives from two firms viz., M/s. Industrial Electricals and Controls and M/s. B Ramakrishna Reddy have participated in the pre-bid meeting. No query was raised by the firms. Further, major terms and conditions pertaining to the tender were explained to the firms in detail.

Please note:

1. This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender.
2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain unchanged.
3. The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.
4.  The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above.
