Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

Reserve Bank of India, Jammu invites e-tender for ‘Supply of sufficient number of fully covered container trucks/vehicles for transportation of banknotes packed in boxes and /or coins packed in bags and taxi for Police escort/Bank personnel, in the UTs of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, for the period from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2028, i.e., for two financial years. The e-tendering shall be done through the e-tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn). All eligible and interested companies / agencies / firms must register themselves with MSTC Ltd. through the above-mentioned website to participate in the e-tendering process. The Schedule of e-tender is as follows:
