45th Half-Yearly Report on Management of Foreign Exchange Reserves: April - September 2025
It may be recalled that in February 2004, the Reserve Bank initiated the practice of compiling half-yearly reports on the management of foreign exchange reserves and making them public to promote greater transparency and enhance disclosure in the management of the country’s foreign exchange reserves. In this connection, Reserve Bank of India has today released the 45th Half-Yearly Report on Management of Foreign Exchange Reserves with reference to end-September 2025. During April-September 2025, India’s foreign exchange reserves increased from USD 668.33 billion to USD 700.09 billion.
