Monitoring of Foreign Investment under PIS in Indian Companies- Incorporation in Ban List - FPIs: M/s Healthcare Global Enterprises Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding through Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) in M/s Healthcare Global Enterprises Ltd. has crossed the limit of 24 per cent of its paid-up capital.
