         • Timeline ≤ 7 days – Working days.

         Timeline > 7 days – Calendar days.

         • Timeline starts after receipt of application / request complete in all aspects (with all attachments / enclosures, etc.).

         • Date of receipt of complete application / request shall be considered as day zero.

         • Timeline includes the time taken by other RBI departments / government / other regulators / external agencies.
