   • Timeline ≤ 7 days – Working days.

         Timeline > 7 days – Calendar days.

   • Timeline starts after receipt of application / request complete in all aspects (with all attachments / enclosures, etc.).

   • Date of receipt of complete application / request shall be considered as day zero.

   • Timeline includes the time taken by other RBI departments / government / other regulators / external agencies.

# Investors shall invariably approach their Receiving Offices for these services, who, in turn, shall submit the applications to RBI and the date of receipt at RBI shall be considered as day zero.
