A pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on August 29, 2025 (Friday) at 11:30 AM at Reserve Bank of India, Sector-24, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur.

2. (a) The following Officials of the Bank were present in the pre-bid meeting.

     (b) The following Representative/s of Company / Individual / Firm / Contractor was present in the pre-bid meeting.

3. The discussion / queries, raised by the participant/s during the meeting vis-à-vis the clarification given by the Bank are given below:

4. The participant was informed that the tender should be uploaded well before the last date of bidding to avoid any last-minute errors.

5. The participant was informed to note that all the above clarifications provided by the Bank during the pre-bid meeting along with details indicated in the Tender document shall form part of the Tender/Contract.
