Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting - General repairs, repainting, carpentry and plumbing works at Senior Officers Quarters, Navrangpura, RBI, Ahmedabad

The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was held at 11:00 AM on July 17, 2025, at 4th floor, Estate Department, Main Office Building, RBI, Ahmedabad. The meeting was chaired by DGM (Estate), RBI, Ahmedabad. Officials from Estate Department, RBI, Ahmedabad, and representative from various firms participated in the meeting.

3. DGM (Estate) welcomed the participants and thereafter queries were invited, if any from the prospective bidders regarding the captioned tender. The details of queries raised by the Contractor and clarifications / comments of the Bank are tabulated below:

It was informed that the 04 number of flats to be renovated including one 2 BHK Flat and three 3 BHK Flats

It was clarified that the removal of Gas pipeline, chimney, fans, etc during the renovation work to be done by the Bank.

Basic prices of materials and approved brand/ manufacturer for tender item no.(i) 5.3.2 (ii) 5.3.3 and (iii) 5.3.4.

It was clarified by the Bank that the quality of materials to be used for the work should not be compromised and should be procured from the approved list of brands/ manufacturer after obtaining prior approval from Bank. Further, Basic rate for tender item no. (i) 5.3.2 is ₹2,900/- (ii) 5.3.3 is ₹1,000/- and (iii) 5.3.4 is ₹800/-.

4. This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender and a duly signed & stamped copy of the same must be submitted by the bidder along with the tender documents. Any bid received without a duly signed and stamped copy of this document is liable to be rejected.
