The Reserve Bank of India, Kochi, invites e-tenders under Two – Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) for the contract for the supply of medicines to Bank Dispensary and doorstep delivery to the Retired/ Serving employees including eligible dependents against credit slips issued by the Dispensary of Reserve Bank of India, Kochi

The schedule of e-Tender is as follows:

c.	Estimated cost of work	₹ 1,10,00,000/-(Rupees one crore ten lakh only) (incl. of GST)

e.	Date & time from which NIT and tender can be viewed / downloaded.	May 23, 2025 from 14:00 hrs onwards
f.	Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)	₹ 2,20,000/- (Rupees two lakh twenty thousand only )(to be remitted by all bidders, as mentioned in Section V para 4 of the tender document. There is no exemption to MSME / UDYAM registered bidders from the payment of EMD).
g.	Last date and time of submission of EMD	June 19, 2025 before 17:00 hrs
h.	Date, time & venue of pre-bid meeting (offline)	June 09, 2025, at 11:00 hrs , Reserve Bank of India , Kochi
h.	Date & time of uploading the outcome of pre-bid meeting on RBI website/MSTC portal in the form of addendum, corrigendum, etc.	On or before June 10, 2025.
i.	Bidding start date for Technical and Commercial Bid (Part-I) and Price Bid (Part-II) at website; http://mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi	June 11, 2025 at 11:00 hrs.
j.	Date of closing of online e-Tender for submission of Technical and Commercial Bid (Part-I) and Price Bid (Part-II)	June 20, 2025 at 11:00 hrs.
k.	Date & time for opening of Technical and Commercial Bid (Part-I)	June 20, 2025 at 12:00 hrs.
l.	Date & time for opening of Price Bid (Part-II)	Part-II (Financial Bid) will be opened electronically of only those bidder(s) whose Part-I (Technical Bid) is found acceptable by RBI, Kochi. Such bidder(s) will be informed regarding date of opening of Part- II (Financial Bid) only through valid email IDs provided by them.
m.	Transaction Fee	Amount as advised by M/s MSTC Ltd.

All interested bidders are invited to participate in the tendering process. Any amendments / corrigendum to the tender, if any, issued in future will only be notified on the RBI Website as given above and will not be published in the newspaper.
