Dear Sir,

Formation of new districts in Haryana – Assignment of Lead Bank responsibility

The Government of Haryana vide their notification dated April 4, 2005, have advised about the formation of new district viz. Mewat by carving out certain areas from Gurgaon and Faridabad districts with effect from April 4, 2005.

2. It has been decided to assign the Lead Bank responsibility of the new district to Syndicate Bank.

3. There is no change in the lead bank responsibilities of other districts in the State.
