The Reserve Bank has started releasing provisional aggregate monthly data on India's international trade in services with a lag of 45 days. Accordingly, for the first time, the data for April 2011 was released on June 15, 2011.

The exports and imports of international services during the month of May 2011 are given in the following Table.

These provisional data will undergo revision when the Balance of Payments (BoP) data are compiled on a quarterly basis which will be released with a lag of a quarter. The quarterly release will also provide disaggregated data on trade in services.
