I am presently serving as Manager (Law) in MMGS-III in State Bank of Patiala, Law Deptt., Head Office, Patiala (Pb). I am somewhat late in couraging my acknowledgement; it was because I thought I should read the issue-page to page before writing to you. There were also some domestic health problems. My heartiest congratulations to you personally to the Editorial Committee and the contributors of various articles. Although you call it as "House Journal of the Legal Deptt.", I think it is an important addition to the literature on legal subjects in India.
