The Reserve Bank of India will conduct the following Variable Rate Reverse Repo auction on January 17, 2020, Friday, as per the revised guidelines on Term Repo Auctions issued on February 13, 2014. RBI Announces Special Open Market Operation (OMO) Purchase and Sale of Government of India Dated Securities
On a review of the current liquidity and market situation and an assessment of the evolving financial conditions, the Reserve Bank has decided to conduct simultaneous purchase and sale of government securities under Open Market Operations (OMO) for ₹ 10,000 crores each on January 23, 2020 (Thursday).
