RBI removes Ceiling on Bank Credit to NBFCs
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has removed the ceiling on bank credit in respect of all registered Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), engaged in principal business of equipment leasing, hire purchase, loan and investment activities. RBI prohibits Rapti Growth Fund Ltd. from accepting deposits
It is hereby notified for the information of the public that the Reserve Bank of India in exercise of the powers, conferred on it under Section 45K (4) read with Section 45MB(1) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 has prohibited Rapti Growth Fund Ltd., C 4, Meera Bai Marg, Lucknow from accepting deposits with effect from May 27, 1999 in any form, whether by way of fresh deposits or renewal or otherwise.Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Sectio
