The Reserve Bank of India, Kanpur (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) intends to prepare a panel of reputed vendors for supply and maintenance of computer hardware, software and peripherals. The Bank invites sealed quotations from reputed companies with proven track records for the supply & maintenance of its existing Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals located at various properties of the Bank.

Desirous Company and vendor may obtain the prescribed form from Information Technology Cell, Reserve Bank of India, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, P. B. No. 82/142 Kanpur – 208001 during office hours or can download it from our site /en/web/rbi. The documentary evidence of previous experience is required to be submitted along with the application, in the absence of which the application shall be liable to be rejected. The Vendors fulfilling the eligibility criteria and desirous of being considered for award of the work should submit their quotations which should reach the Regional Director, Information Technology Cell (2nd Floor), Reserve Bank of India, Mahatma Gandhi Marg not later than 14.00 hrs on March 15, 2018. The time schedule for the tender process is as under:

*In case of any technical bid having any preconditions, the commercial bid will be opened at a later date after due intimation to all concerned.

2. The details of the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, formats of technical bid and commercial bid and the list of number of Items and other details are furnished in the annexure.

3. Tenders will be opened in the presence of authorized representatives of the tenderers who choose to be present at the time and place of opening of the tender. Tenderers may ensure presence of authorised representative along with the authority letter at the time of opening of the tender on aforementioned dates.

4. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.
