As per the schedule, pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted at 11.00 am on July 16, 2024 in the Meeting Room, 1st floor, Main Office Building, RBI, Hyderabad.

2. Representatives from two firms viz., M/s. Magtech Security Systems Private Limited and M/s. Vehant Technologies Private Limited participated in the pre-bid meeting. All doubts were clarified and major terms and conditions were explained to the firms in detail.

3. S.No. 18 of Section VIII - Technical Specifications – “All image enhancement controls must be touchscreen activated by the system operator is able to clearly and visibly the details of all images” may be read as “All image enhancement controls must be touchscreen activated or mouse-based by the system operator so that the details of all images are clearly visible.”

Please note:

(i) This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender.

(ii) Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same.

(iii) The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.

(iv) The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above.
