The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held at 11:00 AM on July 21, 2025 at Estate Department, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to discuss some clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. The meeting was attended by the following persons:

2. Three representatives from two firms attended the captioned meeting. The following clarifications have been given during the said meeting.

Clarification given by the Bank

As item nos. 4, 5 and 6 are not being manufactured by the manufacturers mentioned in Section J for uPVC Windows, vendors may go for brands Pego, DNV, Kinlong or approved equivalent for the respective items.

Instead of Glue/ adhesive, Silicon is to be used for item no. 3 of Section J. Vendors may go for brands Elkem, McCoy, Boss or approved equivalent for the respective item.

3. Further, they were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that they are registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. They were asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if they face any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender.

4. All the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same.
