(RBI/Belapur Regional office/Estate/5/24-25/ET/503).

The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on November 07, 2024, at 11:00 hrs. One firm participated in the Pre-bid meeting. Name of the participant is given in Annex-1.

2. AGM (Estate) in his inaugural address welcomed the representative of the firm and briefed the forum about the captioned work. The Bank Officials also explained various aspects of the tender which needs to be taken care of by all the intended bidders during submission of their bids. Thereafter, all the doubts / queries of the firm(s) were discussed in detail.

3. Doubts / queries of the firm along with the clarifications provided by the Bank are tabulated hereunder

i) It was clarified in the meeting that the EMD is required to be submitted only by the successful bidder as per Schedule ‘E’ of the tender document.

ii) The cost for removal of the panels pertaining to BoQ item no. 01 (quantity 220 sq.mt.) is to be considered by the bidder while quoting under item no.3 of BOQ.

iii) It was clarified that the framework of the system should be approximately 600 mm in height for BoQ item no. 02.

iv) The quantity of item No. 1 should be read as 220 Sqm.

4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting / corrigendum shall form the part of Bid document and Agreement/ Contract.

5. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum.

6. The above clarifications are issued for the information and necessary action for all the intending bidders.

7. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
