3. AGM (Estate) welcomed the participants and thereafter queries were invited, if any from the prospective bidders regarding the captioned tender. The details of queries raised by the Contractor and clarifications / comments of the Bank are tabulated below:

It was informed that the size of deck sheet will be 1.2mm.

Clarification regarding drainage line at point 8.2(a) in tender document

It was clarified that the drainage line pipe diameter will be 40 mm instead of 20 mm at point 8.2(a).

4. Manager (Tech - Civil) and AM (Tech - Civil) addressed the doubts of prospective bidder, which were within scope of the tender document itself.

5. This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender and a duly signed & stamped copy of the same is required to be submitted by the bidder along with the tender documents.
