Dear Sir,
Creation of new district in Tamil Nadu – Assignment of Lead Bank responsibility
The Government of Tamil Nadu have, vide their notification dated November 11, 2003, created a new district viz. Krishnagiri by re-organising the existing district of Dharmapuri, with immediate effect.
2. It has been decided to assign the Lead Bank responsibility of the new district to Indian Bank.
3. There is no change in the lead bank responsibilities of other districts in the State.
