Investment under PIS in M/s D.B.Corp Ltd. by FII/PFPI/NRI/FDI/PIO/ADR/GDR- Removal from the Caution List
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) can now invest from 20 per cent to 26 per cent of the paid up capital of M/s D.B.Corp Ltd. under the Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS). The total foreign investment in the company from all sources i.e. Foreign Institutional Investors (FII)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPI)/Non-Resident Indians (NRI)/Foreign Direct Invest

RBI to place Compounding Orders issued Under FEMA on its website from June 01
To ensure more transparency and greater disclosure, the Reserve Bank of India will now place on its website the compounding orders passed on or after June 01, 2016 and also a guidance note on the methodology used for calculation of the amount imposed under the compounding process, for information of general public. The data will be updated at monthly intervals. It may, however, be noted that the guidance note is meant only for the purpose of broadly indicating the bas

The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the aggregate share holdings in M/s Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) have gone below the prescribed threshold caution limit stipulated under the extant FDI policy.
