Reserve Bank of India, Chennai invites Limited e-Tender (two parts) for the work - ‘‘Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Volume / Flow (VRV/VRF) based Standalone DX type air-conditioning system for Conference Room-I and 04 Nos. Floor standing (Tower) ACs for Executive Lounge in Fourth Floor at Bank’s Main Office Building, Chennai”. The tendering process will be done only through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn ). All interested bidders (Empaneled for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of air conditioners and allied works in the range of ₹ 10 lakh to ₹ 25.00 lakh’) shall, register themselves with MSTC Ltd, through the above-mentioned website to participate in the tendering process.

j. Date & time of opening of Tender	Part I (Techno-Commercial Bid) of the tender shall be opened at 11.00 Hrs. on January 22, 2026. If no special conditions are put forth by the bidders, Part II (Price Bid) of the tender shall also be opened thereafter on the same day or else Part II (Price Bid) shall be opened on a subsequent date which shall be intimated to the bidders.
