2. The queries raised by the participants during the meeting vis-à-vis the clarification given by the Bank are given below:

Whether the tender would be renewed?

No. This is a short-term tender for a period of five months from January 01, 2026, to May 31, 2026.

Whether Service charges includes supply of tea coffee through Coffee Vending Machine and at workstations?

Please refer to Annexure X, para 7 (pages 65&66) of Tender Document. Service Charges include the Contractor’s Profit, Overhead Charges, Insurance, and other incidental expenses and is only applicable on Labour component.

Will the wages to be paid to the workers be revised as and when minimum wages are increased or kept same for the period of the contract?

Please refer to Annexure XI (page 67) of Tender Document.

During submission of bids in MSTC portal, do we have to quote the rates including GST?

No. The rates may be quoted excluding GST. Please refer to Annexure X (pages 65&66) of the Tender Document.

Is the submission of a Banker Certificate mandatory?

Yes, mandatory. Kindly refer to Section IV, Paragraph 4 (page 14) of the tender document. The certificate must be uploaded to the MSTC portal on or before 16:00 hrs. on December 19, 2025.

Whether the maintenance charges of the Tea/Coffee Vending Machine be refunded?

The installation and maintenance of the tea/coffee vending machine will be carried out by the Vendor and the cost for the same shall be borne by the Vendor.

Whether Manpower should work in shift basis?

No. The manpower would be required to work from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and all administrative work must be handled by the Supervisor. To ensure seamless service, the vendor may deploy two dedicated staff members operating on staggered shifts.

2. The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders. Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of tender. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications as mentioned in the tender documents shall continue to remain the same. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/ clarifications given above.
