6. Estimated cost of the work:

₹29.10 lakh

7. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

₹ 58,200/- (Rupees Fifty-eight thousand and two hundred only) in the form of NEFT/ Demand Draft/ Bank Guarantee as per para (d) of Memorandum in Form of Tender. In case of EMD in the form of DD / Bank Guarantee, same may be submitted in person at Premises Department, 5th Floor, Central Office Building Reserve Bank of India, Fort, Mumbai – 400001.
Any such bid received without EMD shall be treated as non bona fide and shall be rejected from participating in the tender process.

8. Last date of submission of DD and NEFT for EMD

  On or before February 09, 2026, up to 15:00 Hrs.

9. Retention Money

5 % of Contract amount, i.e. Retention Money @ 5% is to be recovered from each on-account bill till the total recovery amounts to 5% of the contract value. This will be released after Defect Liability Period

10. Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG)

5 % of Contract amount. validity: work execution period

11. Time allowed for completion of the works from 14th day from the date of written order to commence work.

 16. Transaction fee

Payment of transaction fee through MSTC payment gateway either by NEFT/RTGS through challan or by Online payment through Net banking/Debit card/Credit card in favor of MSTC LIMITED. Upon receipt of payment, system will automatically authorize the payment.
Charges for participation in e-procurement will be made to M/s MSTC Ltd. through MSTC Gateway/NEFT/RTGS in favor of MSTC Limited or as advised by M/s MSTC Ltd.
