Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur invites two-part tender by e-tender mode from the contractors empaneled with Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Nagpur in category of General Civil Works costing between ₹25 Lakh to ₹50 Lakh for the captioned work. The tendering would be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/ ). All interested eligible empaneled contractors must register themselves with MSTC Ltd through the above-mentioned website to participate in the tendering process.

The schedule of e-Tender is as follows:

b. Name of work	Special Repairs and Rehabilitation and Renovation of One Class III Block at Bank’s Telangkhedi Road Staff Quarters, Nagpur
c. Estimated cost	Rs. 44.50 lakh /- (including GST)
d. Earnest Money Deposit	Rs. 89,000 /- (Rupees Eighty Nine Thousand only) in the form of NEFT or BG, in favour of Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur, to be delivered in physical form at Reserve Bank of India Estate Department before cut off time. k. Date and time of opening of Part-I (Techno-commercial bid) and Part II- (Price Bid)	15:00 Hrs on March 10, 2026
l. Transaction Fee	Payment of Transaction Fee as mentioned in the MSTC portal through MSTC payment gateway / NEFT / RTGS in favour of MSTC Limited.

2. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest Tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason therefor.<.p>

3. Any amendments / corrigendum to the tender, if any, issued in future will only be notified on the RBI Website and MSTC Website as given above and will not be published in the newspaper.
