Dear Sir,

Formation of a new district in Arunachal Pradesh –Assignment of Lead Bank responsibility

The Government of Arunachal Pradesh have, vide their notification dated February 16, 2004 has formed a new district (Anjaw District) by bifurcating Lohit District into two separate districts Viz. Lohit District and Anjaw District with effect from December 4, 2003.

 

2. It has been decided to assign the Lead Bank responsibility of the new district to State Bank of India.

 

3. There is no change in the lead bank responsibilities of other districts in the State.
