Directions under Section 35A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 - Hindu Co-operative Bank Limited, Pathankot, Punjab - Extension
Reserve Bank of India had, in the public interest, issued Directions to Hindu Co-operative Bank Limited, Pathankot, Punjab in exercise of powers vested in it under sub-section (1) of Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, (AACS) from the close of business on March 25, 2019. The Directions are now extended with certain modifications and would be applicable till March 24, 2020.
