Reserve Bank of India, Kochi has invited tenders from agencies for engagement of Fire Fighting staff in RBI, Kochi through E Tender No. RBI/Kochi/HRMD/21/19-20/ET/69 on MSTC Portal

In this context it is notified that the following modifications are made in our original request for tender.

PROFORMA OF FINANCIAL BID (FORMAT II) - For Reference Only

In response to the above and in full agreement with the terms and conditions and the pre-qualification criteria as stipulated by you, I/We state as under:-

1	Annual Contract Amount for engaging firemen and supervisor in the Bank’s Office at Kochi as per the tender conditions adhering to the annual duty schedule mentioned below. The rates quoted should include Basic wages plus VDA, Employer’s contribution to EPF, ESI & Bonus, charges for supply of Uniforms per year, annual service charges of the service provider and any other charges for engaging firemen and supervisor.	1.00	Lump sum (L.S)
Note: a) The rates quoted should be exclusive of GST and GST @ 18% or as specified by GST council will be added automatically to each quoted rate while quoting to arrive at final rates. Proforma of Financial Bid attached above is for your reference. Financial Bid to be filled through Online Portal Only b) While quoting, the company/agency should keep in mind the Central Minimum wages notification published in Central Labour Commissionerate’s website on April 01, 2019.
