Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India (the Bank) had invited e-tender from eligible and willing firms for undertaking ‘Providing Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS) in the Bank’ Premises and Residential Colonies of Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh. The last date for the submission of the tender was upto 11:00 AM on July 11, 2025.

2. In this connection, it has been decided to extend the timeline for the submission of Bids as per the schedule mentioned below:

After review of the documents uploaded in Part I, Part II will be opened only for those bidders who are found acceptable after scrutiny of the documents uploaded along with Part I which will be informed to the eligible bidders separately through email/letter.

3. All the other terms and conditions mentioned in the Tender Document remain unchanged. Any amendment / corrigendum / clarification regarding this tender will be uploaded on the Bank’s website and MSTC only.

4. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
