The offline pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-Tender was held at 03:15 PM on 04 February 2026 (Wednesday) at Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Kanpur.

3. The queries raised by the participants during the meeting and the clarification given by the Bank officials are presented below-

1	Whether PSARA License is mandatory?	PSARA License is mandatory for security providing agencies only.
2	Whether the estimated cost of work mentioned in the tender is for one year or two year?	In terms of Para 04 of Schedule of Tender (Section I), the mentioned estimated cost of work in the tender is on yearly basis.
3	If the contract of transportation of Bank notes and Coin bags is awarded to the same vendor? Whether the Note boxes/coin bags can be carried in the same truck?	Separate tender is floated for transportation of Notes boxes and Coins. The activities could not be clubbed together.
4	Whether the clause of split of entire work in approx. 60:40 ratio is for both the tender? On what basis the work will be distributed in 60:40 ratio?	The clause of division of work in approx. 60:40 ratio between L1 and L2 is only for tender pertaining to transportation of Coin bags and the work will be distributed based on kilometers covered during the year as mentioned in Para P (ix) of Section IV of Tender Documents pertaining to Transportation of Coin.
