exports - Rupee credit interest rates

Please refer to our circular IECD.No.5/04.02.01/2001-2002 dated September 24, 2001. It has been decided in consultation with Government of India to include leather & leather goods and textiles in the products eligible for special financial package for large value exports subject to the same terms and conditions stipulated in our circular referred to above.
