Monitoring of Foreign Investment under PIS in Indian Companies - Removal from the Caution List - M/s Tata Chemicals Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign share holding by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/ Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) in M/s Tata Chemicals Ltd. have gone below the threshold limit. Hence, the restrictions placed on the purchase of shares of the above company are withdrawn with immediate effect.
