Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites e-tenders under Two – Bid system (Part I - Technical Bid & Part II - Financial Bid) for providing Catering Attendants and Maintenance of Officers’ Lounge and Dining Room (OLDR) at Reserve Bank of India, 6-1-56, Secretariat Road, Saifabad, Hyderabad. The contract shall be valid initially for a period of April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027 and thereafter will be renewed for two more years, (one year at a time) subject to rates mutually agreed by both the parties and based on the performance of the contractor.

The bidder should regularly check the above website / e-portal for any Amendment / Corrigendum / Clarification. The work is estimated to cost ₹ 40 lakh (Rupees Forty lakh only) annually. The EMD of amount ₹ 80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand only) is to be paid through NEFT on or before 05:00 PM of February 22, 2026. Proof of payment has to be submitted along with the techno-commercial Bid.
