Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

Reserve Bank of India, Patna invites tenders in two parts through e-tendering from eligible and willing firms for undertaking “Replacement of old 11 KV VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) Panels (03 nos.) in Substation Building of Bank’s MOB at Patna”. The work is estimated to cost ₹21.62 lakh (including GST) only.

2. This is an Open Tender. Only those bidders/vendors, who qualifies the eligibility criteria stipulated in the tender, are eligible to participate in this tender. Further, only those firms, who are registered on MSTC portal will be able to take part in the Tender process. The tender document is available on RBI website https://www.rbi.org.in/ for download.

3. E-Tender shall be submitted online in two parts. Part-I of the e-tender will contain the Bank’s standard technical and commercial conditions for the proposed work, which must be agreed to by the tenderers. Part-II of the e-tender will contain the Bank’s schedule of quantities and tenderer’s price bid to be submitted online.

4. The firms fulfilling the eligibility criteria and desirous of being considered for award of the work should upload all the required documents at https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/ on or before July 21, 2025 till 02.00 pm. Firms which do not comply with the eligibility criteria and/or do not submit EMD by stipulated date and time will not be considered for opening of Part-II of their tender.

5. Part-I of the e-tender will be opened on July 21, 2025, at 03.30 pm onwards on MSTC website. The timeline of the tender is as follows:

The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. Further, any amendments / corrigendum to the tender, if any, issued in future will only be notified on the RBI Website and MSTC Website as given above and will not be published in the newspaper.
