Exclusion of “SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd.” from the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934

We advise that the “SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd.” has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 vide Notification DBR.IBD.No.4611/23.13.043/2018-19 dated December 03, 2018 and published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4) dated December 29, 2018 – January 04, 2019.
