Dear Sir,

Prime Minister Rozgar Yojana – Extension of date of
 validity of sanction for the programme year 2006-07

Please refer our circular RBI / 2005-06 / 358 / RPCD.PLNFS.BC.No.74/ 09.04.01/2005 –2006 dated April 13, 2006. In view of the unsatisfactory performance of the implementing banks of PMRY for the programme year 2006-07, the Ministry of Agro & Rural Industries, Government of India has decided to extend the validity of sanction and completion of disbursements for the Programme Year 2006-07 to June 30, 2007.

2. All implementing banks of PMRY are requested to strictly adhere to this deadline and complete the disbursements of sanctioned cases under the programme year 2006-07 by June 30, 2007 without fail.

3. You may issue necessary instructions to your Regional /Controlling Offices/ Branches in this regard.
