Recruitment for the Post of Assistant – 2023: Display of Roll numbers of Provisionally Shortlisted candidates
We refer to the advertisement dated September 13, 2023 published on our website https://rbi.org.in inviting applications for the post of Assistant - 2023. “Roll numbers of Provisionally Shortlisted Candidates” This list is provisional, subject to the candidate clearing Language Proficiency Test (LPT), being found medically fit and submitting acceptable documentary evidence in respect of all eligibility criteria such as Age, Educational qualification, Category, Caste Certificate as per the Government of India approved formats etc and relieving letter from the previous employer as stipulated in our advertisement referred above. Reference is also drawn towards para 3 (III) of the advertisement, whereby all candidates will have to appear for the Language Proficiency Test (LPT). The test shall be of qualifying nature and only those candidates who qualify in the said test shall be considered for appointment in the Bank.Candidates are also advised to refer to the advertisement for submission of requisite documents. It may be noted that in the absence of required certificates/documents, candidates may not be appointed in the Bank. Decision of the Bank in all matters pertaining to selection process shall be final and binding. Note I: 1. All candidates – To submit 6 copies of Attestation Form (all in original) and 2 copies of Bio-data form filled in neatly by the candidates. 2. OBC candidates - OBC Declaration in original and a copy of OBC Caste certificate in the prescribed format as per terms and conditions specified in advertisement. 3. SC/ST candidates - SC/ST Caste certificate in the prescribed format. 4. PwBD candidates - Disability certificate in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority. 5. Persons with specified disabilities covered under the definition of Section 2(s) of the RPwD Act, 2016 but not covered under the definition of Section 2(r) of the said Act, i.e. persons having less than 40% disability and having difficulty in writing - Candidates who have availed the facility of a scribe have to produce a certificate to the effect that person concerned has limitation to write and that scribe is essential to write examination on his/her behalf from the competent medical authority of a Government healthcare institution as per proforma at Annex I of Advertisement dated September 13, 2023. The medical certificate about limitation to write, should be dated prior to the date of online examination. 6. Ex-Servicemen - Appropriate NOC/release certificate as provided in Annex III to the advertisement. 7. EWS - EWS certificate in the prescribed format as per terms and conditions specified in advertisement. 8. Staff candidates should forward the documents along with a letter from their respective Administration Section (HRMD) of Regional Office/CoD/Training Establishment that they are eligible to apply as staff candidate (in terms of eligibility criteria mentioned in the said Advertisement for staff candidates) and the position of pending Vigilance and Discipline cases against them, if any. 9. If the shortlisted candidate has taken any benefit of age relaxation, he/she should submit the relevant certificate. Candidates are also requested to take a print out of the relevant proformae, duly complete them and send along with copies of above mentioned certificates to the Regional Director, Human Resource Management Department at the addresses appended below of the respective Regional Offices, for which they have applied, by Courier/Speed Post so that it reaches them within ten days of the date of publication/declaration of result.
