In terms of the Detailed Notice of Advt.No.1A/2021-22 dated January 15, 2022, the undermentioned candidates have been shortlisted for the interviews, as per the interview schedule given below. Interview letters to shortlisted candidates will be e-mailed separately through email ID noreply.samadhan@rbi.org.in. The interviews will be held in physical mode.

1. LIBRARY PROFESSIONALS (ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN) IN GRADE ‘A’ on April 19, 2022 from 8:30 AM onwards at Reserve Bank of India, 6, Sansad Marg, New Delhi - 110 001, India.

2. CURATOR ON FULL TIME CONTRACT on April 22, 2022 from 8:30 AM onwards at Reserve Bank of India, 6, Sansad Marg, New Delhi - 110 001, India.

Note I: The interview call letters indicating date, time and venue of the interview will be sent to the above shortlisted candidates (in due course) on their registered email address. Candidates are requested to check their mailbox regularly, including spam and junk box for the same.

All the shortlisted candidates are advised to take print out of the interview call letter received at their registered E-mail ID and bring the same on the day of interview along with ORIGINAL documents in support of their eligibility for verification. It is also advised to bring one set of photocopies of their original documents on the day of interview. In case, there is discrepancy in name of the candidate or their parents in any document viz-a-viz Online application and Matriculation Certificate, original affidavit with one photocopy should be produced on the day of Interview.

The shortlisted candidates are also advised to check regularly the Bank’s website https://www.rbi.org.in for further details and updates.

Note II: Candidates may also refer to Para 1(i) of the important instructions and Para 15(m) under Detailed Notice of Advertisement Number 1A/2021-22 (reproduced below):

Para 1(i) – “Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the advertised posts. The Reserve Bank of India Services Board, hereinafter referred to as ‘Board’, would admit to the examination all the candidates applying for the post with the requisite fee/intimation charges (as applicable) based on the information furnished in the ONLINE application and shall determine their eligibility only at the final stage, i.e., interview stage. If at that stage, it is found that any information furnished in the ONLINE application is false/incorrect or if according to the Board, the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria for the post, his/her candidature will be cancelled and he/she will not be allowed to appear for interview and can be removed from service without notice, if he/she has already joined the Bank.”

Para 15(m) – “In all matters regarding eligibility, conduct of examinations, interviews, assessment, prescribing minimum qualifying standards in both the Examination and interview, in relation to number of vacancies and communication of result, the Board's decision shall be final and binding on the candidates and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.”

Note III: RTI queries pertaining to the said recruitment will be entertained only after declaration of the final results for the said post.
