According to the Schedule of e-Tender, Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on July 07, 2025 in online mode through WebEx. Participants are as follows:

2. After a brief introduction by the Bank regarding the e-Tender, three queries were raised by prospective bidders, which were clarified by the Bank. Summary of the same is furnished below:

1.	What will be the size of the advertisement given in Annexure 1, 2?	It was clarified that the sample advertisement is given in Annexure 1 & 2. Each vendor has to quote for per unit rate for publishing advertisement. The final size of advertisement will be informed to the successful bidder as mentioned in the terms and conditions of tender. 2.	Whether advertisement to be published in all editions of all the dailies.	It was clarified that the advertisement will be published in one Hindi daily, one English daily and one Financial daily out of the top two leading newspapers in terms of circulation in Uttar Pradesh. The said advertisement is to be published in all the editions of Uttar Pradesh state.	M/s Prachar Communications Private Limited
3.	In which language should the advertisement be published in the Hindi daily, English and Financial daily?	It was clarified that in Hindi daily the advertisement language would be Hindi and in English daily and Financial daily the language of advertisement may be either Hindi or English as mentioned in the terms and conditions of the tender. 3. The above minutes may be treated as part of the tender. All terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.
